Twenty years playing professionally. Now protecting players like you.

A professional footballer with over 20 years of experience and 450+ league appearances for clubs in the UK, including Fulham FC, Ipswich Town and Derby County, with six career promotions. Ben Pringle is the founder of UAE Football Network, a UEFA licensed coach, and now head coach at Precision FC Dubai.

Since moving to Dubai in 2023, this network was built after seeing players get exploited by agents and clubs with no professional experience. It now works with players across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and exists to guide and protect them instead.

Flights aren't covered

Clubs won't pay for you to get here. Budget for your own flights and costs before you apply.

Come physically fit

Sessions are built for players who are already in condition, not players trying to get there. Don't come here expecting to train your way to fitness.

The standard is high

This isn't an easy league. Come here thinking you'll have to work for a place, because you will.

Youth form doesn't carry over

Success in youth football doesn't guarantee it in senior football. Being released from a professional club academy doesn't make you a standout here. What matters is what you can do now.

You're one of many

Camps and trials are competitive. Not everyone who attends gets a club introduction, so come ready to show why you should.

Some clubs pay well. Many don't, especially starting out. Don't come here expecting a big contract from day one.
